About Us

Suzanne Bidgood owner of Gutten Haus, has been involved with German shepherds since 1989.  Suzanne is also the Founder of North Central Search And Rescue, Member of schuzthund USA and owner of K9-concepts Dog training. She has dogs of her breeding working for North Central Search And rescue.

Suzanne has titled 9 dogs in AKC competition, schutzhund and also has shown in the conformation ring. She is currently working her dogs in schutzhund and search & rescue.

Suzanne's goals in her breeding program is to consistently produce dogs with excellent temperaments and to preserve the working ability of the breed.

Gutten Haus females are of excellent quality and out of some of the best working German bloodlines available.  The females here are O.F.A.d, sound in mind and body and are consistently working in schutzhund and search & rescue.

Suzanne breeds her girls to only the highest caliber males who are known proven producers of excellent temperaments and working ability.

Suzanne also works with and trains Bomb Detection and Police K-9's. Suzanne does German Shepherd rescue and if you are in need of placeing your german shepherd. She is always quick to give you a helping hand in finding the right home for your GSD. If she has the room she can also take in your GSD. She has several connections in placing GSD's in need of new homes. Suzanne is always concerned about any GSD needing a home & training and also does private dog training at your home. She will help you train your dog so that you can keep him with you and he is happy too.
